For premarital counseling (and marital enrichment for couples who are already married), some of NWCC's counselors are certified to administer the PREPARE/ENRICH assessments. These research-based assessments are outstanding resources that have been used by millions of couples to prepare for and enrich their marriages. Some of NWCC's counselors are also certified to administer the SYMBIS ("Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts") assessment.
Therapy groups and training/workshops are occasionally offered by our counselors, and vary by topic. Upcoming groups or training opportunities will be listed here as they become available.
Please note that NWCC counselors are not psychiatrists or medical professionals, and therefore cannot provide medical or psychiatric treatment or evaluation.
All of NWCC's counselors are licensed by the State of Arizona. NWCC's counselors are experienced in utilizing effective therapeutic approaches and strategies, and can do so in ways that are integrated and aligned with Christian teaching and principles (upon request by the client).
