Jenna has been a licensed counselor since 2023, and has worked with NWCC as a contracted therapist since 2025.
Primary issues addressed include: Relationship Counseling; Marital Counseling; Adolescents/Teens; DV & Abuse; Women’s Issues; Spiritual Issues; Identity/Self-Worth; Anxiety/Depression; Trauma-Informed.

Jenna's Story
Jenna earned her Doctorate in Sport & Performance Psychology, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Western States in 2022. She has been licensed as an Associate Counselor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners since January 2023.
A military veteran, Jenna served for 13 years in the Arizona Army National Guard, which inspired her interest in performance psychology and its connection to mental health. These experiences, along with her own personal journey, led her to specialize in clinical mental health. She transitioned from military service to full-time counseling and coaching in 2022, and also serves as an adjunct instructor in the psychology department at Grand Canyon University.
Jenna’s passion is to help clients experience true freedom, a pursuit that is central to her professional and personal life. She is committed to living a holistic lifestyle, emphasizing health, fitness, and faith. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with her family, including her two daughters.
Jenna utilizes a client-centered, eclectic approach to therapy, focusing on building strong therapeutic alliances and offering individualized support. Her practice incorporates a holistic model that addresses emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. She is certified as an integrative mental health provider and has specialized training in shame-informed therapy.
