Chris Andersen

Chris S. Andersen, MA LPC NCC

Chris is the founding member of Northwest Christian Counseling, LLC (NWCC). Prior to starting NWCC in the Spring of 2007, Chris counseled for more than six years at Phoenix Christian Counseling Associates (PCCA), where he was also a founding member, and one year at the Family Life Counseling and Education Center.


Chris earned his Master's Degree in 1999, and has been licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) since 2000. He currently holds his Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification and oversees all services provided by NWCC. Chris also holds the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential through the National Board for Certified Counselors.


Some of Chris's counseling specialties include (but are not limited to): communication and conflict resolution; marriage and premarital counseling; adolescent and teen issues; parenting and family issues; depression and anxiety; anger; recovery from affairs; and men's issues (including pornography and other sexual issues).

 

 

Lesley Sears, MS LAC LAMFT

Lesley began working with NWCC in May 2008. Prior to NWCC, Lesley counseled more than three years at the Ozark Center, a residential treatment facility in the Midwest that focused on drug and alcohol issues. Lesley moved to Arizona in 2007 and works as a Primary Therapist at Remuda Ranch in Wickenburg (a residential treatment center for eating disorders) in addition to her part-time work at NWCC.

Lesley earned her Masters Degree in 2007 and is licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (LAMFT).

Some of Lesley's counseling specialties include (but are not limited to): addiction; eating disorders; marriage & pre-marital counseling; family issues; depression; anxiety; and women's issues.

 

 

 

Donna Peck, MAPC LAC

Donna began working with NWCC in September 2008. Prior to NWCC, Donna completed a nine-month internship at Southwestern Bible College's Counseling Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Donna earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and Certificate of Graduate Studies in Christian Counseling from Ottawa University in May of 2008. Donna is licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
